help
i'm a techno-tard and i just deleted the text to my blog...what do i do? anyone? seriously, help!

Do you mean that you wrote a blog and then the text got deleted? If that is the case, check in your posting section and see if it automatically saved for you. I have done that a few times and VOILA it was there.. maybe not the last stuff I had wrote, but definitely all the genius before it ;)
